Suzanne m. Miklos, Ph.D.
President and founder of O.E. Strategies, Inc., Suzanne Miklos has over fifteen years consulting experience in a variety of organizational effectiveness activities, including assessment centers, group process, competency based development programs, and culture identification and change programs. Clients appreciate her breadth of experience in talent assessment and executive coaching. Dr. Miklos supports successful client programs with an emphasis on using business strategy and data to drive dialogue about people strategy in manufacturing, professional service and public sector firms. Her project management skills consistently produce on time, value added results for clients. With an emphasis on life long development as a key part of her doctoral program, Dr. Miklos routinely speaks to business and HR groups about cross-generational mentoring, coaching female leaders, and executive development through building emotional intelligence. Dr. Miklos is a member of the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology (SIOP), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the American Psychological Association (APA). She earned her doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron.
Michael Sliter, Ph.D.
Mike Sliter has a background that uniquely situates him to help organizations select and develop the best talent. After several years as a professor of Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, Mike moved into consulting with a focus on technology-driven assessment and selection. Working with Fortune 500 companies on a global scale, Mike was engaged in a broad array of industries, including entertainment and technology, insurance and banking, and hospitality. His primary contacts, ranging from recruiters to SVPs, appreciated his ability to blend science and practice.
Mike has published over forty peer-reviewed articles in top-ranked journals on topics related to health and well-being, workplace conflict, and emotions in the workplace. He is an active member of the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology (SIOP), and serves on the editorial boards for the Journal of Business and Psychology and Occupational Health Science. He earned his PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Bowling Green State University.
Chris bamford, m.a.
Chris Bamford’s career spans over 30 years in both leadership and consulting roles. As a top HR executive and as a General Manager of an international business unit, his functional management expertise provides him with a unique perspective and broad experience his clients value. He specializes in coaching executives and aspiring leaders looking to gain a deeper understand about themselves in order to be better prepared for future challenges. His extensive experience conducting executive assessments helps him provide clear and meaningful feedback to his clients. Chris earned his Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron and his B.S. in Psychology from the Clarion University of Pennsylvania. He has trained at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland and is an ICF trained coach from Duquesne University.
