Jody M. Wheaton, M.S., SPHR
A Senior Consultant with O.E. Strategies, Inc., Jody Wheaton
has consulting experience in a variety of human resource matters
including employee selection strategies, testing and assessment,
behavioral interviewing, and employee development. Her consulting
experience has spanned a large number of industries, such as
manufacturing, financial, healthcare, and both public and private
institutions. She is certified to administer and interpret the Hay
Emotional Competence Inventory. Jody is a member of the Society for
Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), the Society for Human
Resource Management (SHRM), the Cleveland Society for Human Resource
Management (CSHRM), the American Psychological Association (APA), APA
Division Five: Evaluation, Measurement and Statistics, the National
Council on Measurement in Education (NCME), and the Psychometric
Society. She earned her Master’s of Science degree in
Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Radford University in
Virginia.
