Through an online action planning system, we provide the support and the plan that a leader needs to turn his or her inherent strengths into action. Follow-up too, is an important part of our program. Subsequent to work on the action plan, a PULSE survey (a mini 360° or upward appraisal designed by the leader) provides feedback on progress.
