Rosanna F. Miguel, Ph.D.
Senior Consultant with O.E. Strategies, Inc., Rosanna Miguel has 15
years consulting experience in a variety of human resource
functions, including the development and validation of selection
systems for a number of positions and organizations, individual
assessment, data analysis, job evaluation, and expert witness
services. One particular area of
interest for her is ensuring compliance with professional and legal
guidelines. She brings recognized
expertise in data driven approaches to organizational effectiveness.
Dr. Miguel has experience with a diverse client base spanning both
public and private sector organizations. She has extensive
experience in the civil service arena and has served as project
manager for numerous large-scale projects involving the testing and
assessment of thousands of candidates. The project management skills
she has refined over the years consistently lead to desirable
results for clients. Dr. Miguel is a member of the Society for
Industrial Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and the American
Psychological Association (APA). She earned her doctorate in
Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron. |
