Patricia Mallett, MSc CPsychol
Patricia Mallett is a business psychologist who specializes in developing executive and
organizational capability. Her consulting work includes management assessment and
development, executive coaching, building and facilitating top teams, organizational
development, change management and mergers and acquisitions.
Building on more than twenty years of experience in consulting and government
environments, Patricia consults with a range of global and UK organizations within the
following industries: pharmaceuticals, energy, finance, mining, insurance, manufacturing and
fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
Prior to independent consulting, Patricia spent nine years working for two international
management consultancies. In these roles, she delivered senior level assessments, executive
coaching and career counseling, organizational change through culture audit, assessment
and development centers, tailored exercises (e.g., business case studies), competency
analysis and training. Earlier, she spent two years as a consulting psychologist with the UK
Government Cabinet Office.
Patricia holds an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology from the University of
East London and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from University College London.
She holds Chartered Occupational Psychologist status within the British Psychological
Society.
Patricia is based in London.
