Beth Linderbaum, Ph.D.

Senior Consultant with O.E. Strategies, Inc., Dr.
Linderbaum has partnered with organizations in a variety of
industries to drive change and continuous improvement at the
individual, team, and organizational levels. She believes that any
intervention needs to consider the impact across all three of these
levels and emphasizes the use of reliable and valid data for making
decisions. Her consulting experience includes management assessment
and coaching, survey development and administration, job evaluation,
group facilitation, and data analysis. She is trained on the Hay
Emotional Competence Inventory and the Retirement Success Profile.
She also has expertise in issues related to an aging workforce and
is a trained retirement coach. These are just some of the tools that
enable her to assist companies as they assess, develop, and retain
talent. Beth is a member of the Society for Industrial
Organizational Psychology (SIOP), the American Psychological
Association (APA), the Akron Area Society for Human Resource
Management (AASHRM), and the Cleveland Society of Human Resource
Management (CSHRM). She earned her Ph.D. in
Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron. |
