Jay Brinegar, M.A.
Jay Brinegar has twenty-five years experience in executive
coaching and assessments, organizational change, senior level team
development, and strategic planning. He has consulted to organizations
in a variety of industries of all sizes including consumer products,
aerospace, electronics, financial organizations, family businesses,
professional service firms, and public institutions at state, city and
county levels. Jay earned his Masters degree in
Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Akron. He is a
member of the Academy of Management and the Society for Human Resource
Management and is on the faculty at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland.
